A: I don't know, probably just hung on too long. But I don't know if that was in the name of love...or lust. [Laughs]

 

 

 

Q: And you have a boyfriend?

A: Mm-hmm.

 

 

Q: And he's a photographer?

A:  Mm-hmm.

 

 

 

Q: But you don't like to talk about him?

A: Well, I like to talk about him to other people, but not to the press (laughs) because he would like to keep our relationship private, so I respect that.

 

 

 

Q: Do you go to events together?

A:  He'll go to stuff with me, but he won't stand and pose for pictures. We like to keep ourselves private, because I think that relationships are really delicate. If someone's in the public eye, that's their job, but if the "significant other" is not comfortable with it, you have to respect that. I just know that in my relationship this works for him.

 

I have always been in love with Vivien Leigh. I wanted to be Scarlett O'Hara. I watched [that movie] twenty-eight times by the time I was twelve years old. My brother and I weren't allowed to wake our parents up before ten, and we were up so early. So I would get up at six, and I would just throw that in the video player.

 

 

 

Well, she's dead, but I would have loved to have met Vivien Leigh. Laurence Olivier, too. The two of them.
